The ISO 9000:1994 standard is being revised to ISO 9001:2000 where the new title: when the new title: Quality Management Systems – Requirements better reflects the process (system) approach to quality management.
While EASTECH UAE Group, the company has implemented its Quality Management System in line with the requirement of ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Once company starting smooth running the company has to apply ISO 9001:2000 Quality management Systems, meantime company has to maintain all the documentation to apply ISO9001:2000 in future.

• Customer focused organization • Process oriented approach • Focus on continual improvement • Involvement of all levels of staff • While Progression towards based Quality Management system from Quality Assurance production means that rather than just establishing and developing quality plans/controls relating to production or service delivery, the focus in the new standard has shifted to the co-ordination of all activities relating to organization policies/objectives and aim to enhance customer satisfaction.
This new development will provide greater customer confidence while at the same time demand greater management involvement/commitment.
